Job responsibilities:

Job Responsibilities
1. Lead and manage the design team, develop design strategies and directions, and ensure that the design work aligns with the company's brand image and market demand;
2. Participate in project planning and requirement analysis, provide professional design suggestions and solutions;
3. Review and guide designers' design works to ensure design quality and creativity;
4. Work closely with other departments (such as marketing, sales, engineering, etc.) to ensure that the design work is aligned with the overall business goals of the company;
5. Track and research the latest design trends and technologies in the industry, and provide suggestions and support for the company's design innovation;
6. Responsible for talent cultivation and management of the design team, developing training and career development plans, and improving the overall quality and ability of the team;
7. Participate in the company's brand promotion and marketing activities, provide professional design support and creative solutions;

Job requirements
1. Bachelor's degree or above, with a preference for majors in industrial design, furniture design, environmental art design, interior design, furniture design and manufacturing, whole house customization, soft decoration design, and other related art aesthetics;
2.2.  Having over 5 years of experience in furniture design, including over 2 years of team management experience;
3. Familiar with the furniture design process, with a deep understanding of furniture materials, craftsmanship, and structure;
4. Possess excellent design skills and innovative thinking, able to lead the team in cutting-edge design exploration;
5. Strong aesthetic and color matching abilities, with a keen insight into market trends;
6. Proficient in using design software such as CAD, 3DMAX, Photoshop, SU, etc;

Project Manager

1. Responsible for the delivery management of the company's home decoration projects, coordinating the supply of construction materials and project construction progress in a reasonable manner;
2. Responsible for coordinating internally and externally, organizing construction forces reasonably, ensuring resource supply during project construction, guaranteeing project quality, safety production, and schedule;
3. Participate in the project construction drawing review and be responsible for the design briefing of the construction team;
4. Responsible for implementing regular and special inspections of project progress, quality, safety, civilization, and on-site construction;
5. Responsible for coordinating relationships between partners and other units, maintaining good customer relationships with owners and supervisory units;
6. Resolve major and difficult issues in engineering technology, construction, and other aspects to ensure the smooth completion of the project.
Job requirements:
1. College degree or above, major in architecture, with priority given to obtaining a Level 2 Constructor Certificate;
2. More than 3 years of work experience in the building materials/home decoration industry, with at least 2 years of experience in engineering projects;
3. Familiar with market materials for building materials or home furnishings, knowledgeable in craftsmanship, proficient in reviewing construction drawings, and able to independently ensure the quality of various workmanship;
4. Has good communication, coordination, organizational management skills, and strong execution ability;
5. Familiar with engineering management, cost control, and team building.
