1. Responsible for the delivery management of the company's home decoration projects, coordinating the supply of construction materials and project construction progress in a reasonable manner;
2. Responsible for coordinating internally and externally, organizing construction forces reasonably, ensuring resource supply during project construction, guaranteeing project quality, safety production, and schedule;
3. Participate in the project construction drawing review and be responsible for the design briefing of the construction team;
4. Responsible for implementing regular and special inspections of project progress, quality, safety, civilization, and on-site construction;
5. Responsible for coordinating relationships between partners and other units, maintaining good customer relationships with owners and supervisory units;
6. Resolve major and difficult issues in engineering technology, construction, and other aspects to ensure the smooth completion of the project.
Job requirements:
1. College degree or above, major in architecture, with priority given to obtaining a Level 2 Constructor Certificate;
2. More than 3 years of work experience in the building materials/home decoration industry, with at least 2 years of experience in engineering projects;
3. Familiar with market materials for building materials or home furnishings, knowledgeable in craftsmanship, proficient in reviewing construction drawings, and able to independently ensure the quality of various workmanship;
4. Has good communication, coordination, organizational management skills, and strong execution ability;
5. Familiar with engineering management, cost control, and team building.
